Discuss Announces Jesse Thomson as Vice President of Engineering

Former Qualtrics Leader to Oversee Continued Development and Technology Leadership of the Company’s People Experience Platform

SEATTLE, July 10, 2023Discuss, the leading purpose-built video platform for turning in-depth feedback into insights, named Jesse Thomson as Vice President of Engineering. He will be responsible for continuing the development and innovation for the company’s award-winning People Experience Platform.

Thomson’s extensive SaaS leadership experience and past success working across teams where both technical expertise and regular engagement with sales and service teams as well as customers made for a perfect fit for Discuss. Before joining Discuss, he held engineering leadership positions at Qualtrics where he helped build multiple successful engineering teams from scratch in a high growth setting. During Jesse’s seven years at Qualtrics, he contributed to it growing from $100M to nearly $1.5B in revenue, including a successful IPO. He also successfully collaborated with UX, product, and engineering leaders to support major product launches and redesigns at the company.
