Built for What’s Next: What 2025 Recognition Signals About 2026 Market Research Technology

As we step into 2026, we’re focusing on more than new features and fresh roadmaps. We’re bringing the momentum, trust, and proof that what we’re building truly works for the teams who count on us.

This year, insights leaders from Meta, Danone, Nestlé, Dexcom, Mastercard, HP, and others joined us on stage to share how they’re using Discuss to get faster, more human insights at scale. They talked about what it actually takes to operate inside complex organizations, how to balance speed with rigor, and how to keep human understanding at the center when everyone wants answers yesterday.

A few themes kept coming up. Teams want to move faster. They’re tired of juggling too many tools. And they don’t want to sacrifice depth to get there.

That’s what we’ve been building toward. The recognition we ended 2025 with suggests we’re on the right track.

We closed the year with three big ones:

Each came from a different audience using different criteria. But they tell a consistent story: Discuss is helping teams work smarter and stay closer to the people we serve.

G2 Winter: Real feedback, real impact

In G2’s Winter 2026 Reports, Discuss was named a Leader in Consumer Video Feedback and User Research for the 13th consecutive quarter. We also ranked number one in Best Relationship, Best Results, Best Usability, and Most Implementable.

These scores reflect what it feels like to work with us day-to-day. The platform supports teams under real pressure, and our partnership shows up when it matters most.

GRIT Top 50: Innovation that shows up

The GRIT Report doesn’t take applications. You earn a spot by being part of the conversation.

Discuss ranked number 30 out of hundreds of market research technology suppliers, based entirely on open-ended mentions from insights professionals. It tells us the work we’re doing is visible where it counts, especially among teams looking to bring qual, quant, and AI together into one connected experience that supports better decisions, not just faster outputs.

This is where the power of one unified platform actually pays off. Now that we’ve merged with Voxco and Ascribe, researchers won’t have to choose between depth and scale. They will be able to move fluidly from conversation to quantification, from exploration to validation, without switching systems or losing context.

MRS Oppies: AI and human insight, working together

We were also honored to be Highly Commended for Best Online Qual at the MRS Oppies and named a finalist for the ACS MRS Best Online Technology Award. This recognized our work by combining AI-led and human-led research into a single, flexible workflow.

A lot of our customers are already doing this: using AI to move faster without losing what makes research meaningful. It’s not some future vision. It’s happening now.

What this recognition really signals

None of these wins happened by accident. They reflect the pressure teams are under and the progress we’ve made in helping them respond.

In conversations with insights leaders last year, we heard the same challenges come up again and again: too many disconnected market research technology tools, not enough time to connect the dots, and rising expectations from stakeholders who need answers yesterday.

Recognition from G2, GRIT, and MRS tells us we are solving real problems. Not just through features, but through a platform that makes research more connected, more usable, and more relevant across the business.

Our focus in 2026 is straightforward: build smarter ways for teams to move from questions to decisions, tighten the connection between qual, quant, and AI, and design workflows that support both speed and substance.

If you’re already a customer, thank you. Your feedback makes this work possible. And if you’re exploring how to do more with your market research technology in 2026, let’s talk.
