We hope that our climb on this list (up 7 places since last year) is indicative of the direction that the industry is headed. When brands embrace consumer closeness, they uncover insights and develop empathy that translates to better strategy, leading to better products, more effective marketing, and faster time-to-market. It’s a win-win: consumers are presented with products that meet their needs and desires and brands experience greater consumer satisfaction and sales.
We love helping brands inject innovation into their organizations. Some customers that we work with have a long history of embracing innovative practices – for them, we fill an obvious gap, being the tool that makes the voice of the consumer accessible across their organization. Others come from very traditional structures and are just at the beginning of their journey with Innovation. In either case, we love having the opportunity to work with teams to help them figure out how to become close to the consumer again.
