Discuss Makes Financial Times’ Fastest Growing Companies Americas List

Discuss is thrilled to once again be ranked as one of the fastest growing companies in the Americas for the annual Financial Times list of fastest growing companies. The global news organization partnered with Statista to list North, Central and South American companies in its third annual rankings. All entrants were ranked by their compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in revenue between 2017 and 2020.

According to the Financial Times report, “The technology sector enjoyed rapid growth as the coronavirus crisis deepened and more people began to work, shop and communicate through digital channels. As with last year’s ranking, technology — led by North American companies — accounts for nearly 28 per cent of the overall list.”

Despite huge gains for the online market research industry as a result of the pandemic, Discuss was one of just two leading consumer research feedback platforms to appear on the list of growing businesses.

Key criteria for being ranked on the Financial Times list includes growth that was primarily organic — that is, an organization’s business growth must be internally stimulated rather than through other means such as mergers and acquisitions.

On the heels of Discuss’s High Performer ratings in the G2 Spring 2022 reports for the Consumer Video Feedback and User Research categories, the company has continued to focus its resources on offering more solutions that take the friction out of online moderated and unmoderated customer research for its clients.

To that end, Discuss launched Self Captures in 2022 for customer-driven feedback, providing a one-stop solution for both live and unmoderated qualitative research.

“We are honored to be recognized by the Financial Times as one of the fastest growing companies in the Americas,” said Simon Glass, Discuss CEO. “In 2021, we saw record use of our People Experience Platform, and all of this momentum is a true reflection of our focus on enabling customers to more easily turn experiences into insights.”
