Over the past 18 months, Discuss has evolved its product from a video-based research tool to a purpose built People Experience Platform enabling users to easily capture virtual live/moderated and self-captured/unmoderated feedback at scale, along with the ability to upload any video file. The platform then helps users quickly understand key themes and sentiment, turning those experiences into actionable insights.

Overall SaaS Award winners were selected using Net Promoter Scores™ (NPS), UI/UX, recent product improvements, 3rd party analyst research, amongst other criteria.
