CX Collections offers the ability to upload, organize, analyze and share insights from any owned video content from apps like Zoom and Microsoft Teams. In addition, powerful new theme-finding capabilities have been added to its Augmented Insights intelligence tools announced in Q3. Combined, these new innovations fundamentally change the paradigm for teams to gain in-depth insights at scale, something previously not considered possible.
With the shift from in-person to virtual feedback over the last two years, insights, customer and user experience teams are sitting on countless hours of Zoom and other video source footage. Without an easy way to extract insights and share at scale, customer conversations and insightful moments have been locked away — until now. CX Collections enables any owned video to be uploaded, unlocking the insights potential of countless customer conversations. Now, anyone leading in-depth conversations has the ability to create libraries of live and recorded videos, enabling them to organize, search, edit, analyze and share their unique insights content. This unique capability allows users to upload unlimited amounts of recorded conversations, without the fear of having those conversations auto-deleted per data storage limits within today’s most common video platforms.
New innovation was added to another key area, Augmented Insights, that focuses on understanding sentiment around key themes. Theme Finder not only makes it easy to find sentiment around key topics, but also enables users to automatically create video clips when key topics and themes are discussed during those recorded sessions. This leads to faster time-to-insight ease in creating highlight reels that can be shared, and ultimately more informed decisions and successful outcomes.
