Discuss Named to APPEALIE 2023 SaaS + Software Award Shortlist for Second Year in a Row
SEATTLE, April 17, 2023 — Discuss, the leading purpose-built platform for turning experiences into insights, has been named to the 2023 APPEALIE SaaS + Software Award Shortlist again, after being named a 2022 winner. The Discuss People Experience platform provides the industry’s most extensive set of research services to maximize any customer’s research success whether it is a DIY project or one that needs an extensive set of services and support.
Over the past year, Discuss expanded its SaaS-based platform to support self-captured feedback, and seamlessly flowing self-captured feedback into live, moderated research. The company also focused on integrations and now has a robust API that’s used to connect Discuss with the entire ecosystem of research tools, such as panels and community providers, as well as to quantitative tools.
Another area of focus in the past six months has been around generative artificial intelligence (AI), which will bring significant benefits to qualitative research. For example, generative AI can be used to more efficiently distill and summarize hours of in-depth interviews and pages of unstructured feedback/data into an easily digestible review of key findings and themes.
