Discuss.io Pulse is a repeatable workflow to operationalize consumer closeness and build consumer empathy through frequent, informal and direct conversations with consumers.
We designed Pulse as a new, light-weight version of our Consumer Connects program. By standardizing a couple of key components of a Connects program, we are able to decrease the cost of building consumer empathy and make those connections faster than ever. Pulse is an empathy program with defined parameters:
Pulse uses a defined list of countries – covering 60% of the global population
- United Kingdom
- United States
- South Africa
Each project within a Pulse program requires a minimum of 15 sessions. These 15+ sessions will use the same screener, which must have an incidence rate of 30% or higher.
All Pulse program sessions must be self-moderated. This means no professional moderation. The purpose of Pulse is to build empathy – an activity that cannot be outsourced. Simultaneous translation is permitted and can be added to the session, as need.
Easy to implement and execute quickly
Scalable across teams and geographies

Secure and professional management of all consumer and customer data
