Breaking the Barriers: Uniting an International Team

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]As an international company, we love when we can bring our people together. Last week, we were fortunate to be able to bring our team together for our annual “All Hands” meeting in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

Last year, our CEO, Zach Simmons, promised a company-wide trip to an international destination if we met certain revenue milestones. Fortunately, we met (even exceeded!) those milestones and off to Mexico we went![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_raw_html]JTNDaW1nJTIwc3JjJTNEJTIyJTJGd3AtY29udGVudCUyRnVwbG9hZHMlMkYyMDE3JTJGMDIlMkZlemdpZi5jb20tMGM5YWNjNzk2OC5naWYlMjIlM0U=[/vc_raw_html][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″ css=”.vc_custom_1486487918109{margin-left: 25px !important;}”][vc_column_text]It was great having the chance to meet everyone in person and getting to see everyone in the same space, having fun together. Forming these personal connections helps us work better together and build stronger bonds. It gives us an opportunity to talk to people who aren’t on our teams and create a culture of collaboration across the organization. Ultimately, this will help us to create better products and better serve our customers.

We’d like to extend a special thank you to Juan from our Operations team for putting this trip together, and to our other business leaders and employees for making it happen. We couldn’t have pulled it off it without you! We’re looking forward to doing it again next year. We’ll find a new destination and hopefully have an even bigger team to bring together! #onwards[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”28406″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=”.vc_custom_1486488844432{margin-top: 50px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
