Joins Discuss as our Customer Success Manager. Karen manages operations for the whole of Discuss and leverages deep experience within the qualitative research field.

Outside the office, Karen enjoys the quiet of the woods and Lake Huron with her family. “Honestly, I love my children, but the dogs get into less trouble.”
Joins us from Brazil, as a client-facing project manager and central component of our operational success. She excels at staying-up-to-date on the many details in her clients’ projects, from providing support to project stakeholders unfamiliar with our platform to liaising with recruitment partners overseas. She’s excited to be part of our innovative methodology that can connect the whole world in a just a few clicks.
Luciana’s sense of good humor has already proven a great asset. In her spare time, Luciana enjoys film, video games, black metal, and sometimes, saving the world.
Represents Discuss from India, also as a client project manager. Ajit’s quick analytical mind is an advantage to any project because he is, as he says, “always keen on solving puzzles and finding new ones.”
