Before participants enter a session conducted on Discuss.io, they are put through an automatic tech check to make sure that their computer will be compatible with the session. With this update, the tech check will be able to provide more comprehensive diagnostics, including checking your computer and browser compatibility, as well as your internet and audio/video quality. At the end of the test, you’ll be given the MOS (mean opinion score), which will give you an indication of the connection quality that you can expect during your session.
